After the loss of a loved one, people find themselves in an emotional fog, struggling to make sense of their grief. In recognition of this, I steer away from the use of psychological jargon and the traditional methods of explaining grief in terms of steps and phases. I firmly believe that grief is a deeply personal experience—no two people grieve in exactly the same way. As such, I do not propose a method that applies to the general population. Instead, I guide the bereaved in crafting and recording their own journal of grief, utilizing the powerful medium of storytelling.
By creating lessons within the narrative of their own unique experiences, individuals can discover insights, wisdom, and healing specific to their journey. This approach is a completely novel and transformative way to navigate grief recovery, and its efficacy has been proven time and time again. Join me in embracing this innovative approach to grief recovery, and together, we will embark on a transformative journey of healing, resilience, and self-discovery.
